Refund Policy

Overview

Thank you for choosing Test Automation Camp. We want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, all Test Automation Camp courses can be refunded within the first 14 days of your purchase, considering that the refund request follows the conditions described below. The 14-day refund request period begins on the day you made the purchase. Refunds will not be provided if requested after this 14-day period.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only eligible if: • you have not received a Certificate of Completion during the course. • you have requested the refund within the first 14 days of your purchase. • you have not consumed or completed more than 50% of the course content. • you have not made multiple refund requests. After your refund request, you will not be able to access the course or receive the Certificate of Conclusion.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact@testautomation.camp with your email address and order receipt.

We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Receiving the Refund

After we confirm that you are entitled to receive a refund, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment. All payment companies differ in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
